The Service Suite

Parent-centered. Results-driven. Powered by advocacy that doesn’t whisper.

Whether you’re just starting out or already deep in the trenches, this is your headquarters for personalized IEP support, strategic coaching, and tools that make your advocacy unstoppable. Choose the level of support that fits your needs — and let’s get to work.

  • One-on-One Support to Build Your Advocacy Plan
We help you make sense of the chaos—whether it’s confusing evaluations, missing services, or gaslighting from your IEP team. In our sessions, we work together to:

    • Clarify your child’s legal rights under IDEA and Section 504

    • Build a roadmap to address gaps in services

    • Strategize emails, meeting responses, and documentation

    • Identify red flags and develop action steps

📌 Best for parents facing violations, IEP gaslighting, or placement concerns.

  • Learn to Track, Graph, and Use Your Child’s Progress Data Like a Pro
Most schools hope you never ask for data. We teach you how to:

    • Request and analyze data tied to IEP goals

    • Graph your child’s progress to show stagnation or growth

    • Use present levels and benchmarks to fight for appropriate goals

    • Identify patterns that justify compensatory education

📌 Best for parents preparing for meetings, due process, or formal complaints.

  • Powerful Tools to Speak Up—Even When You Don’t Know What to Say
Take the guesswork out of writing strong advocacy emails and organizing your paper trail.

    • Use our attorney-reviewed templates to request services, push back, or file complaints

    • Get our Advocacy Adventure Map to plan your next steps

    • Access guides with plain-language explanations of your rights

📌 Best for DIY parents who need language, structure, and receipts.

  • You Don’t Have to Sit at the IEP Table Alone
When you’ve been dismissed, silenced, or overwhelmed by jargon, we’ll sit beside you and ensure your voice is heard. We attend meetings as your non-attorney special education advocate to:

    • Push for clarity and accountability

    • Document violations and inappropriate decisions

    • Redirect conversations to center your child’s needs

    • De-escalate and protect you from retaliation

📌 Best for parents navigating high-stakes meetings or repeated violations.

  • We Train Parents Like Districts Train Staff—But with More Receipts
Our trainings are built by a parent, for parents. We blend real-world insight, policy knowledge, and lived experience to help you:

    • Decode your child’s IEP and know what’s missing

    • Understand timelines, FERPA, and your rights

    • Connect with other families on this journey

📌 Best for community groups, nonprofits, and parent organizations.

Meet Your Advocate
The IEP Queen™ behind the mission.

It started with my son, a binder full of paperwork, and a school system that didn’t see him.

I didn’t ask to become an advocate. Like so many parents, I was forced into the fight — decoding legal jargon, chasing unanswered emails, and holding back tears in meetings where my child was treated like a case number.

What began as survival turned into purpose.

Today, I’m the founder of The IEP Files™, a parent-led consulting service built for families navigating the special education system. I blend lived experience, professional strategy, and real-world tools to help you advocate for your child — with confidence, clarity, and receipts.

💙 My Promise

You shouldn’t have to break the bank to fight for your child. I’m here to help you cut through the chaos, protect your peace, and take action — on your terms.

You don’t have to be perfect.
You just have to keep showing up.
And I’ll be right here, walking with you — every step of the way.

  • Yes — email directly for availability and pricing.

  • Currently, no. But digital tools are affordable and the cohort is designed to pack huge value in 4 weeks.

  • That’s exactly what I’m here for. Book a 1:1 Clarity Session. We’ll assess where you are, what’s missing, and what your next step needs to be — no fluff, no shame, just strategy.

  • Nope. I serve families nationwide — everything from IDEA to 504s applies across the U.S. I customize my support to your local policies where needed.

  • No — I’m a trained, COPAA non-attorney advocate and SPED parent who’s walked through the fire myself. I don’t give legal advice. I give you power, clarity, and options — and help you show up like you belong at the table.

  • I can’t promise outcomes — but I can give you receipts, strategies, and language that have helped hundreds of parents shift the room. And I’ll show up with the same energy I bring for my own son.
