Digital Products
All digital products — including templates, guides, toolkits, downloads, recordings, and online materials — are final sale.
Because digital content is delivered instantly and cannot be returned, no refunds, exchanges, or credits will be issued once access has been granted, regardless of usage.
Services (Coaching, Meeting Prep, Document Reviews, Strategy Sessions)
All service payments are non-refundable.
Once work has begun — including but not limited to reviewing documents, preparing materials, conducting research, or providing strategic guidance — no refunds will be issued.
Rescheduling Policy
Reschedule requests must be submitted at least 48 hours in advance
Rescheduling is subject to availability
Late cancellations (less than 48 hours) or no-shows result in the session being forfeited
Forfeited sessions are not refunded or credited.
Group Programs, Cohorts, and Memberships
Enrollment in cohorts, group programs, and memberships is final sale.
Due to limited seat capacity and immediate access to materials, no refunds, transfers, or credits are provided once enrollment is confirmed.
Exceptional Circumstances
Refunds or service credits may be issued solely at the discretion of The IEP Files™ in cases of verified:
Duplicate charges
Proven technical failure preventing access
Billing error on our part
Requests must be submitted in writing within 7 days of the transaction date.
