The IEP Files™ was created because I experienced firsthand what it feels like to navigate a system that can leave families feeling forgotten, ignored, and dismissed. Through years of advocacy—including IEP meetings, state complaints with findings, OCR complaints, due process, FERPA disputes, and extensive educational data analysis—I realized parents don't just need someone to advocate for them. They need someone to teach them how the system works so they can make informed decisions with confidence.
