By accessing this website, purchasing products or services, enrolling in programs, or downloading materials from The IEP Files™, you agree to the following Terms of Service.

If you do not agree, do not use this website or purchase services.

1. Scope of Services

The IEP Files™ provides educational, organizational, and advocacy support related to special education processes.

Services may include, but are not limited to:

Parent coaching

IEP meeting preparation

Document and compliance review

Strategy consultation

Templates, guides, digital products, and educational materials

Group programs and cohorts

All services are educational and consultative in nature.

2. No Legal Representation

The IEP Files™ is not a law firm and does not provide legal representation.

Nothing on this website or within services constitutes:

Legal advice

Attorney-client relationship

Legal representation in due process or litigation

Clients are encouraged to consult a licensed attorney for legal advice, formal disputes, or court proceedings.

3. AI-Assisted Tools

The IEP Files™ utilizes artificial intelligence (AI) tools to enhance efficiency, drafting support, organization, and research.

By using our services, you acknowledge and agree that:

AI is used as a support tool only

All AI-generated content is reviewed with human oversight

AI outputs do not replace professional judgment

AI does not provide legal advice

You consent to AI-assisted tools being used in service delivery.

4. Client Responsibility

Clients agree to:

Provide accurate and complete information

Review all documents before submission

Make final decisions regarding advocacy actions

The IEP Files™ is not responsible for outcomes resulting from:

Inaccurate, incomplete, or withheld information

Client decisions contrary to provided guidance

School district actions beyond our control

5. Payment Terms

All services, digital products, cohorts, and memberships must be paid in full prior to delivery unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Failure to submit payment will result in services not being rendered or access being revoked.

Late payments beyond five (5) calendar days may incur a 20% late fee.

6. Refund Policy

All digital products, services, cohorts, and memberships are final sale.

No refunds, credits, or transfers are provided except in cases of verified billing error or technical failure at the sole discretion of The IEP Files™.

7. Intellectual Property

All materials, templates, content, branding, course materials, and resources provided by The IEP Files™ are protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not:

Reproduce

Redistribute

Resell

Share login credentials

Modify materials for commercial use

Materials are licensed for individual use only unless otherwise stated in writing.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The IEP Files™ shall not be liable for:

Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages

Loss of educational placement or services

Legal fees or litigation costs

Decisions made by school districts or agencies

Total liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service or product.

9. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising under these Terms shall first be addressed through written communication and good-faith resolution efforts.

If unresolved, disputes shall be governed by the laws of the State of Maryland.

10. Modifications

The IEP Files™ reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the website or services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
