Client Policies & Boundaries

    • Response time: 2 business days

    • Email only for documentation

    • No voice memos

    • No emergency texts

    • 48-hour reschedule requirement

    • Late cancellation = forfeited session

    • Services must be paid in full prior to delivery

    • 20% late fee after 5 days nonpayment

    • All sales final

  • Refer a parent who completes a service and receive a $25 credit toward one hour of support.

    Credits:

    • Apply to one hour of billed services

    • Are issued after the referred service is completed

    • Expire within 30 days

    • Must be identified at intake to qualify

    Referral credit cannot be applied retroactively.

    • Access valid during active agreement

    • Access revoked at completion or termination
