The IEP Readiness Cohort is a live, interactive advocacy training program led by Alicia Reneé, The IEP Queen™. This cohort is designed for parents who are ready to better understand the IEP process, organize their documentation, recognize red flags, and advocate with more confidence.

Over 4 weeks, you will learn how to:

• Understand and assert your rights under IDEA and Section 504

• Build stronger documentation and request essential school records

• Spot red flags in IEPs, evaluations, progress reports, and Prior Written Notices

• Use meeting scripts to ask clearer questions and stay focused

• Set boundaries and manage communication with school teams

• Prepare for conflict, disagreement, and next steps with more confidence
