Understand and assert your rights under IDEA and Section 504
Build stronger documentation and request essential school records
Spot red flags in IEPs, evaluations, progress reports, and Prior Written Notices
Use meeting scripts to ask clearer questions and stay focused
Set boundaries and manage communication with school teams
Prepare for conflict, disagreement, and next steps with more confidence
