Secure continued special education advocacy support from The IEP Files™ for the 2026–2027 school year.
This $750 retainer funds services performed under the client’s signed service agreement and secures access to ongoing advocacy support while the client’s account remains current.
Retainer funds may be applied to document review, meeting preparation, advocacy strategy, consultations, written correspondence, meeting attendance, and other authorized services. All services are billed at the rates established in the signed service agreement.
Payment Options
Clients may pay the $750 retainer in full or select the following payment plan:
$375 charged at checkout
$187.50 automatically charged after two weeks
$187.50 automatically charged after four weeks
Clients selecting the payment plan will have their space reserved while scheduled payments remain current. Services cannot exceed the amount successfully funded. A failed or past-due installment may result in paused services and release of the reserved client space.
When the available retainer balance reaches $250, the account must be replenished within 14 days to maintain uninterrupted services.
Purchase of this retainer does not include unlimited services or guarantee a particular educational, administrative, or legal outcome. Services begin only after the updated service agreement is signed and the initial payment is successfully processed.
