The IEP Strategy Intensive™ is a 90-minute consulting experience for parents who need individualized guidance before making important educational decisions.
This session is designed to help you understand your child’s documents, identify concerns, clarify your next steps, and determine whether additional advocacy support is needed.
Whether you are preparing for an IEP meeting, reviewing evaluations, questioning progress, dealing with implementation concerns, or unsure what to request next, this session gives you focused strategy before you move forward.
Review of up to 25 pages of educational records submitted in advance
90-minute private Zoom consultation
Identification of educational, procedural, and documentation concerns
Parent education and strategic guidance
Individualized recommendations
30–60 day advocacy action plan
Recommended next steps after the session
Preparing for an upcoming IEP meeting
Reviewing evaluations or school proposals
Concerned about progress, services, accommodations, or placement
Unsure what to request next
Trying to decide whether they need ongoing advocacy support
Looking for clarity before signing, agreeing, or responding to the school
After checkout, you will receive instructions to:
Schedule your Zoom session.
Complete the intake questionnaire.
Upload your documents securely.
Documents must be submitted at least 72 hours before your scheduled session.
This session includes review of up to 25 pages. Additional document review may be billed at the Professional Services Rate of $125 per hour with prior approval.
The IEP Strategy Intensive™ does not include meeting attendance, letter drafting, school communication, or ongoing advocacy services. If additional support is appropriate, recommendations will be discussed during your session.
Appointments may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice.
No refunds are issued for no-shows.
Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late without notice may forfeit the session.
